Running a business is hard work but it doesn't need to feel endlessly stressful or overwhelming. Tom Paterson famously said, "If you plan your work and work your plan, your plan will work." My goal is to be a guide in helping you to gain clarity on your vision and goals and build a plan that leads to breakthrough.
Strategic Planning
Michael will conduct a deep dive into your work that starts with perspective, defines clear goals, identifies your competitive advantage, and ends with an actionable road map to achieve success. Strategic Planning can be a stand alone offering or done in conjunction with One-On-One Coaching.
If done in combination with One-On-One Coaching, Strategic Planning will happen in the first month of the Coaching Program and your plan will be updated each quarter.
One-On-One Coaching
Michael will conduct 2 – 6 hours of coaching sessions per month, depending on the program you choose. These sessions will be used for goal setting, plan building, troubleshooting, and accountability. Michael is also available during normal business hours to discuss unforeseen challenges that arise during the week.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is a great way to sccelerate growth and gain new understanding from other business owners and leaders who are on the same journey toward success. It strengthens leadership, increases accountability, and accelerates problem-solving through peer support and diverse perspectives. For more information, visit WEL Group Coaching.
